Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker - Soggy Death Star Sketch

One of several sketches I did for Rey's approach to the sunken Death Star in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. This is really more of a mood and atmosphere piece but I did have fun designing a Berkey-inspired skiff. Waves are so much fun to paint, so this was a real treat to work on.

An earlier version to show development of the skiff. This pass was deemed too elegant for the current thinking on Star Wars design so I teched it up a bit.
