Tron: Legacy (2009) - Recognizer Style Guide

I never got around to posting this one. This was a paint-over I did of a Digital Domain VFX render of Ben Proctor's detailing of the original recognizer model developed by Production Designer Darren Gilford and Specialist Set Designer Rob Johnson. The realism wasn't quite there yet in DD's lookdev, so Ben had me paint over their render to show what the final look should be in context. A fun assignment where I got to just focus on material indication, weathering (literally) and how the vehicle should be lit to most dramatic effect. To this day Ben gets a kick out of the rain streaking.
