Avengers: Infinity War (2017) - Iron Man Mk50 Foot Unibeam Keyframe

A keyframe from the battle on Titan. Since I rarely have the opportunity to do keyframes on any Marvel projects, I decided to show my weapons concepts for the Mk 50 in context as moments from the movie, a task made easier by having completed a detailed zBrush model of the suit. With many of the weapons being intricate, complex and integrated into the suit, it was critical that I sculpt them as well rather than just doing paintings. With the bulk of the work done, it was then fairly straightforward to pose, render the model in Keyshot and then paint over into a scene. Many of these moments were inspired by the excellent work already done by the pre-vis department.
